Returns and Refund Policy

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be acceptedOrders returned without an RMA will not be processed. This includes bad addresses, refused, and return to sender packages. The order must have been placed in the last 60 days to be accepted with an RMA. Items that do not qualify for first-time use are non-refundable.

Condition of Return

Returns are the buyer’s responsibility and must be returned with an insured tracking number such as USPS Priority Mail. Return orders that are lost without tracking and insurance are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure products are adequately wrapped and protected. Damaged products are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Exceptions

  1. Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  2. Products purchased with Rewards points are not eligible for return or refund.
  3. Gift cards are non-refundable, not for use on Subscriptions, with no exceptions.
  1. All Supplements and vitamins items are non-returnable.

Additional Information

Refunds will be processed within ten business days of satisfactory receipt of the returned goods. 

We can only refund the original payment method. If this method is no longer available, the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be received by the customer, although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company.

We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards. 

International Orders

Per our International Shipping policy, orders shipped outside the USA are not eligible for returns.
